Simple Rental Process
The rental process is very simple; you send us your name and address and we will send you a lease agreement via e-mail; you sign the last page and send it back with a payment via regular mail. We will send you back the last page via e-mail with our signature for your records.
The property will be open when you arrive with the keys inside.
